So let's say you get a custom tune and then you take it in to the dealer for service. Can't they look at modifications that were previously done to the program and then void the warranty?

If you have mods on your vehicle, the dealer can certainly void due to those. However, our tune is undetectable if you return it to stock using the AutoCal.
