Turn Signal Mirrors upgrade

So if I only want the turn signal function I don’t need to get the dl3 switch? That’s only needed for the power fold? That makes the mod a lot cheaper for me

Correct. Although powerfold is nice to have.

What the hell????? I looked at that photo of the panel... showing the master switch.

I DID NOT KNOW I HAD POWER FOLDING MIRRORS......

For a year and a half, owning the '05 YukonXL SLT.... The print on the square switch is nearly worn off.....
I squeeze into my 2-car garage, and nearly touch my G/F's Infiniti SUV door mirror....

Will wonders never cease?

They open up & then mirror glass re-adjusts to the pre-set position.

Somebody stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night..... But it wasn't me..........

'edit'....Yesterday, when I put the mirror "left-right" switch in the neutral position, the square switch lights up ( yellow color)..... First time I saw that.

I think I’d like a set of the DL3 mirrors mainly for the lights, but would love to have working folding mirrors as well.

When I did mine on my 01, I bought just the mirror kit that includes both mirror glasses with the turn signal and ran the wires to the BCM. Was only 35$ for the kit. Cheapest way to go it that's all you want is the turn signal lights.
