A few days ago I noticed getting into my 99 Tahoe. I put my foot on the brake pedal and the emergency flasher buzzer sounds. Also when the left turn signal is on it activates the front four way flashes. Sometimes the dash lights also blink. Someone posted a very similar problem below.
Is the flasher module a different name for the turn signal flasher? Is the 10383321 module for a 99 Tahoe? Not sure what is meant by the back side of the fuse box? My fuse box is on the fenderwell. The turn signal flasher is on a panel under the dash near the emergency brake pedal. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

"I'm hoping I have found the answer online already but wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem before I spend the money. Basically, about 80% of the time I turn on the left blinker, the 4 way hazzards come on...which really sucks.
What I've found online is to replace the flasher module with the new part number 10383321. This is located on the back side of the fuse box on the left of the dash."
