I looked up the a/c label at Genuine GM Parts. It listed a label with part #10388864. I looked at mine and could not read the first numbers but my last 4 numbers do look like "8864". Then I looked at ebay. In the pic in the link, it could also be #7.

I looked and the label part #'s are in the lower right hand corner. The routing label number on mine, that looks the same as yours, is 12575049. With me being able to read or guess at the last 4 numbers of the a/c label on mine, that label could very well be part #10388864

I sent a question to the parts site, " OEM CATS .com ".... They may have at least, the A/C ?
