Sometimes the temp sensor needs to recalibrate and it takes a few hours to do so...

Yes. See my previous post for the answer to this. It will update if the temperature changes past the displayed temp. So if the display reads 55 and it goes from 58 to 54 it will update. Otherwise it will take about 2.5 hours to update or you can do what I did and hit the recirc and snowflake buttons and it will instantly update.
