The first picture is of the good side where it sits even in the wheel well. The second one is of the problem. It hits the fender .
I’m kinda confused here. Is your issue where it rubbed and bent the inner fender down? Or where one tire is straight and one tire is crooked? If it’s the crookedness that seems like an alignment issue with the tie rods but you should know because it ought to be pulling hard one way or the other… If it’s the rubbing then it’s probably do to the offset. Wheel spacers definitely aren’t going to assist in any Clearance if anything it would make it worse.
It’s odd though do you have a lift at all? Even a leveling kit? I cleared my 20x12s and 275s full lock when my rig was stock and nose diving it was only when I stepped up to 305s when the rubbing started and that was with a 2-3” lift on it. I ended up doing the “NorCal” mod to the inner fenders basically where the lower bolt is at you hack that corner out just about to that bolt and round it off and it gives you a lot more clearance. I also had to trim a hair off the front bumper
I used a grinder with a cut off wheel and a ball peen hammer to do the job. On the front bumper make sure to put tape where your cutting so you don’t chip up the paint and it’ll also give you a line to go on so you get it nice and straight and even with the other side
