Updated the grill...

Decided to switch up the look a little for the front of the Tahoe. I was just going to do a full repaint in black like it was, but after looking at it with my 5y/o son he thought I should paint the billet part and the bowtie gray, leaving the surround black...I figured why not, it's only paint right? Well here is how it turned out...definetly gives it a different look. From a distance and in low light it still looks all black...get up close or in the sun and you can see the difference in color.

Edit: Just looked around for some more pics of your ride. Damn! That thing looks great! You and I went completely opposite directions on appearance with the same tahoe. As much as I like mine with the extra chrome (want more...still on the lookout for an esky roof rack), I really like the debadged/dechromed look of yours.

Hey OP - What paint did you use to paint the bowtie? It looks great! I was thinking of doing the same thing, but wasn't sure where I would find paint that would come close to matching the color of my Tahoe.
