Upgrading Rear Camera (Crappy Resolution)

Anyone know of a plug and play replacement? Cadillac's part numbers are interchangeable with the GMC and Chevy (however there are 3 different versions of the backup camera ironically, all are still interchangeable though).

I'm extremely disappointed with the grainy camera feed on my screen when compared to my Lexus's rear camera resolution.

Goes right along with the composite video inputs on our entertainment!

I searched high and low for a factory back-up cam replacement - I unfortunately couldn't find one. I ended up mounting a good quality aftermarket cam right next to the factory cam. It was a fairly simple install and the image quality is so much better than the factory cam.

FYI - I installed with an aftermarket radio, so I'm not sure how you would integrate into factory IO5/IO6 radio.
