Just ordered new leather seat covers and door trim to replace the OE pewter seats and trim inserts on the doors. Bought them at Leatherseats.com in OKC from their sales manager, Tim Broberg, who was a great help. The first photo below shows the original pewter seats and trim. The second is the new color of the seats, console cover and door trim inserts. The seats will have smoke gray contrasting stitching. The idea is to imitate the contrasting seat/trim color effect found in newer Escalades. The dash cover will also be spray painted to match the seats, but the rest the trim will remain pewter.

Question: The carpet is also pewter (a medium gray). Should I keep it matching the trim panels or replace it with darker, perhaps charcoal gray carpeting for added contrast. If I do that, later I will replace the headliner in the same color as the carpet.

They've got a slight website, but I don't like the fact it won't let me order ONLY front seats. I guess I'd need to call them...

<edit> Also need to find someone locally to install - I've watched some videos on seat rebuilds and that's a tedious PITA.

Are you interested in selling the old seat covers? They look to be in good shape?

They are in decent condition. When I was thinking about keeping them the builder said he could recondition them to look like new. He may want to keep them for reuse in his business. I will ask. If he doesn’t want then you can have them if you cover shipping cost. But it wil only be front and second row and the second row is 40/60 split.

The new leather seat covers arrived from Leatherseats.com. The interior will be the last thing we do so it will be a month or so before we install them. Here is a photo of the new seat covers along with exterior and interior photos of the truck to get an idea of the color combinations. The interior will have medium red seats (as shown) with matching red dash cover, door armrests and the trim inserts above the armrests. The rest of the interior will stay OE pewter.
