Anyone know the GM part #for the bolts, or if part #15741217 includes the bolts as well as the alignment cams? When searching that number on google, all the images only show the cam plate, no bolt or nut. Also on my Escalade there are these plastic inserts in the cam plates, no clue on the p/n for those either.

The reviews on the MOOG and even AC-Delco part #'s are terrible on Amazon, saying the alignment cams are make of cheap metal that deform when you crank down the nut/bolt.

ACDELCO Part # 45K5012
MOOG Part # K100026

I have a 2011 Escalade, and in the middle of removing the UCA's two of the bolts snapped when I was trying to remove the nuts.

GMPartsDirect isn't too helpful for locating part #'s on my vehicle. It shows the alignment cam # as 15741217 , but doesn't say if it includes the bolt and nut as well. It doesn't even give me the correct p/n for my front struts (only says the base non Magnetic Ride Control struts as an option).

i ended up getting them at the dealer. I didn't want to take chances with the Moog or ACDelco ones due to the recent Amazon reviews saying it was cheap metal that deformed when torqued

I'm also curious about which part #s the dealer provided.

How do they deform when torqued?

I was just reading the reviews on Amazon for the Moog & AC-Delco kits

part numbers I found were:

Alignment Cam Nut: 15538598
Alignment Cam Bolt: 15654866
Alignment Cam Plate: 15741217

The best parts website I found to look up parts was www.wholesalegmpartsonline.com. Below is a screenshot of how much better the part blow-out diagrams look:
