hey everybody, well i finally started getting all my parts in for the denali conversion on my yukon. but i have a questions about the ss urethane vents/rollpan.

1.are they safe to put on now?
i dont want the weather to do any damage.

2.do i need to prep/paint the back of the rollpan or vents?
or can they be installed as is and just prep/paint the front side

thanx again.

Should be good as far as weather is concerned. I have urethane vents and they have been on my truck for about five or six months and the only thing that has happened is a little sun damage. Granted, I only have sun here and rain once or twice a month if that so I can't vouch for snow or super cold temps.

You will need to prep and paint them from what I remember the directions that come with them said. I haven't done it yet because I am having them professionally done later down the line to color match. Luckily my truck is black and they are blackish. They look like a really shiny rubber material if that helps. So, you will probably want to paint them ASAP or it may look weird.

TL;DR
1. Yes
2. Not sure, but why not be uniform.
