It blew again this morning. Is the PCM the only thing on that circuit? I dont' want to buy a new module and then turn out to be something else. Since it gave an message about Service Stabilty SYS. Might have to pay the man and hook it up to a machine to track it down.

That's what I would do as I like my rig to be reliable.

The connectors of the PCM can get dirt in them. I'd unplug the batt, take out the PCM and spray down the connections with contact cleaner, then put back together but use dielectric grease on the rubber seals on the PCM electrical connectors to seal out moisture. Oh, and be careful not to overtorque the bolts that hold in the connectors...just plastic and they can crack if overtorqued. (it even says on the plastic housing "do not overtorque" or something like that IIRC)
