USB in the center console box

New here - tried to search but came up with nothing

New to me 2011 Yukon. I plugged my iPhone into the center console usb, NADA. No charge, Aux on the radio says no USB. Normal? Should it at least charge? Should I be able to play pandora through it?

anyway to get the bluetooth to stream pandora?

What radio do you have? When I bought my 2012 part of the deal was that the dealer would install nav for me. They put in an aftermarket unit that had a factory look that, for one reason or another, it shut down the console USB. Made it completely useless, no charging or connectivity to the head unit.

After a few issues with more than one of those units they finally installed an OEM unit for me and the console USB is back up and running.

Took the Center consol tray out, connected to it directly. No dice

Since the Texans are sucking I went out and popped the radio out. The micro sd was unplugged. Plugged it back in, I have charging and pandora now. Life is good

Wish I could Bluetooth stream. Is that possible?

yeah its possible there are a few options. I have the blue fusion by scosche. It works pretty good for bluetooth streaming music and phone calls. The phone calls through my system was my main reason for getting it and it works much better then the factory ********.
