I just started really driving the truck within the past 2 weeks. It appears after the engine is warm I start to get a little shaking idle. Not much change in rpm's and no loss in power while driving. When I come to a stop I sometimes have to put the truck in neutral to stop it from shutting off. When it does shut off I can start it back up with no problem but it's still a PITA. I've checked the wires so far and none seem to be burned or torn. My question could it be a vacuum leak? I checked under the hood for any worn or brittle hoses but I haven't found any yet. Does anyone have any ideas on either what the problem could be or how to possibly find the vacuum leak under the hood.

Oh and I will be doing a full tune up in the near future.

Just a shot in the dark, after searching a little more. I saw someone having the same exact issue as me also with a clunking when shifting out of first to second gear only. Can also be the torque converter? I assumed the two can have nothing to do with each other so I didn't add it to my original post. I just had my tranny rebuilt so that's another reason I thought it had nothing to do with the tranny.
