Virtual assistant GM chat

Hi
When i go to the GM chat and ask virtual assistant about my order it say

Virtual Assistant
at 8:47, Mar 26:
Congratulations! Your vehicle has been produced. It is important to know that shipping arrangements will take place next and your selling dealer is the best source for additional detail on that process.

Does the answer change when my Yukon will be delivered to dealer ?

I got the same message yesterday. Next I typed, Talk to a real person. Waited a minute or two. Then an advisor comes on and she was able to provide and approximate arrival date plus my VIN.

I already have my vin. I live in Canada my yukon was supposed to be delivered march 2 and still didnt get to the dealer. My dealer say it's in a auto port and date keep changing. But my question is will the message I receive now from virtual assistant will change when my truck be delivered to dealer ?
