Yes, just cut off your resonater and bolt it on. A grinder with a cutoff wheel works a little better. Not much room up under there for a sawsall, unless you drop the spare tire.

I'm pretty sure it will fit the 09.

I called to order mine. Tech rep said the 2009 is a tad different and not avail yet. Maybe begining of 2010. My neighbor has a 2007. I will try to compare the differences this weekend.
Still get some good photos of the install and first impressions.

yea they make it for the denali.

mine still sitting in the box. been working a lot and all it dose is rain.

just put it on when i got home from work. the sound is better. not loud but nice lil rumble. put some sound clips up in the member videos . no pics yet truck is dirty and got to dark.
