I would pick none of those, your cam currently is a roller cam, there is no sense moving away from that. you have everything you need to run a roller in the new block ...

Oh and what is the maximum amount of lift I can have? The pistons that come in the Kit I listed above have relief cuts on them so I don't know if that plays a factor in my choices. I don't mind purchasing different valve springs either.

With the right springs and seals you can get .500 (atleast) with no mods...
