Now, do you recommend keys or spindles, and why?

well i have mccoughys spindles, just not yet installed. i am also going to be adding shockwaves to get the front on air.

I may do shockwaves down the road, but right now I just want the rear. I've always done keys and not had a problem, but alot of people are saying go with the spindles. Wondering what the benefits are.
