want to do an 04 LED guage conversion

What would go into it. Im pretty electrical savvy so i could handle the soldering, and such. what as far as parts would go into it. has anyone else done it?

Scott did mine and they are awesome. No problems, been installed for almost a year i think now. If not, sure seems like it, but love them. I got the blue.
