Warped mirror glass??

I just noticed the other night that the driver's side mirror seems warped or something. The headlights of the car behind me were doubled and is really hard to look at. Has anybody heard of anything like this?

I'm guessing that it's bound up a bit in the adjustment of the mirror...I had this happen with another vehicle once. I had to remove the mirror, re-align the gears and reinstall. It happens when someone pushes the lens around instead of using the switch.

Any idea how much of a pain this will be with the tahoe mirror? I've never had one off but might as well give it a shot!
