Washed and waxed my Tahoe

Nothing too complicated. Just Meguiars Gold class soap and Meguiar's Gold Class Carnuba liquid wax. I don't use any abrasives or polishes. Just a simple wash/wax. I plan on washing and putting a 2nd coat on focusing on the hood and hard to reach areas like the roof. My vehicle is parked outside my apt exposed to elements.

Anyone washed/waxed their Tahoe yet? What do you use and how often do you wash/wax?

I wish I was closer to you man. I was going to tell you that I do paint correction and could put some sealant on it so that it would last 6+ months instead of a month or so with the wax.

For Chevy it is called Sable Metallic. It is one of the premium colors. For GMC its called Midnight Amethyst Metallic. It is a deep, dark subtle purple.... very elegant IMO especially with a Cocoa dune interior.

Gotchya. Hard to tell colors on the internet. Looks a lot like the iridium metallic, but like ya said, a bit more purplish.
