Hey board,

This is my first post. I just picked up a 99 Yukon and it has this same problem. I noticed it seemed to be leaking from a crack in the foam housing around the hose under the fan blower. Don't know how water is getting in there though. I guess what I'm wondering is if, yeah I know this is an old post, but did the OP ever find the problem? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

Haven't looked under thee in a while so I don't remember 'foam housing'.

Having said that I would make sure the drain is clear. The hose drips right on the frame on the passenger side at the firewall. You'll see the rust where it drips. Otherwise you can take off the trim covering the air intake and check the sealant around the air intake.(see photos on page 1 of the thread.)
