I am referring to the weatherstrip that is in the door opening, not on the actual door. Any tips or tricks to replacing it? Mine is torn from feet sliding across them when getting in/out. Is it glued on or just fits in a track?

I need to replace the one on my drivers door. Anyone find a good price on them? The cheapest I found was about $65-$70 on eBay
