i only changed my fronts with a comp set of kappa's, but i left the stock tweets in, and they still have power to them, i got the kappa tweeters in the door panel, but the bose ones were all in the a pillar
did you replace the rear door speakers?

also, if its only that speaker, just for your sake, adjust the gain up in the front a bit more to drown out the sound of the whine
which i forget if i read this or not, but is it a constant whine or does it sound like engine noise?
