So, today, I was adding a can of freon at my sons house, and he went to unhook the gauges after filling it with freon... I said "why did you jump"? He said "It sparked"... So, I didn't think it really did, but sure enough, where the foil meets, the joint, was arcing... blue spark... if pulled apart slightly... several times...
Drove it home, grabbed my phone to video it, and cannot make it repeat....

WTF ?

bad ground somewhere maybe the plug wires are bleeding through near the foil or directly on the foil. only 2 things that would have enough juice to cause a visible regular spark. also the only 2 things i can think of at the moment that might vibrate enough to no longer be a problem after a drive.

It kept happening so I doubt static... plug wire maybe... somehow, I looked for a plug wire touching but maybe I missed something, it is the only thing that makes sense, has to be... new plug wires, but it does have a slight miss at idle sometimes (sometimes being the key here).
