I noticed that the carpet around the transmission hump and drivers side was wet. I pulled the carpet on the driver side and could not find a source for water to be coming in. I later noticed that the transmission hump was wet as well. The passenger side was dry, but I figured I would check the drain anyways.
Did a google search and found out the drain is on the passenger firewall behind the accumulator. I found what I thought was the drain. What was there was a rubber grommet. Knowing for sure that the A/C had to drain, I cut a small hole in that grommet and water came out. I cut the rest of the rubber away and about a half cup of water came out. I am not sure if that is why my floorboard on the driver side is wet, but it's probably part of the reason.
That said, why the heck would the drain for the A/C have a rubber grommet over it? Whoever put it there used adhesive to glue it on. I cut away at it and finally cleared the drain end. I'm not sure if it was done as a joke when I had my heater core done or not, but I am just glad I found it.
