Wet Passenger Seatbelt

I have a 2012 Z71 Tahoe. Every time it rains the passenger side front seatbelt ends up wet.

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know what may cause this? Is it a blocked up sunroof drain? Also does anyone know away to fix it?
