What are 3 wires that are connected to Shark Fin antenna?

Spend the $125 and buy this before hacking up your wiring trying to make your 2 wire fin work.

I don't mind buying a new one, but I want to troubleshoot B2470 antenna open circuit first with by swapping for an antenna with two wires, which I have on hand.

This is 2017 info, not sure if GM has the parts still or uses this strategy for repairs.
