Wait so you guys that have "non government" Tahoes don't have Flex Fuel capability from the factory??? My 2018 Tahoe does, I didn't have to add a single thing. I though ALL the Tahoes were like this but it could be a Fleet Vehicle thing?

How much power do you pick up running E85?

Typically you can get about 5-10% increase in HP/TQ using E85, boosted motors benefit greatly from the higher octane ethanol provides, my V was about 10%

My 2018 Tahoe didn’t have the flex fuel sensor from the factory and didn’t have the E85 compatibility window sticker. Same with my 2021 Sequoia, but it’s really not worth converting it to E85 because there’s no ethanol sensor and the fuel/ignition parameters are calculated based on fuel trims. It’s an older and less advanced flex fuel system similar to the 2500 series 6.0 GM setup.

May want to check the neg cable too. "Ghost" problem's were running through mine. New ground & another ground added. No problems after.
Both my cables appear to be in good condition and the battery is still under warranty. Were your cables in bad shape when you swapped them out? Just curious. I’m going to add another ground either way.

Found member Denali4181’s write up on the front bumper and fender misalignment issue he also had with his 19. It was as simple as the front bumper tabs being slightly misaligned. Took 10 minutes on each side. Funny, my 16 never had this issue, but my friend’s 19 RST and my 19 both have this problem. All set though, not a big deal. A cold beer helped the job along.

I did pads and rotors on the rear today, for the first time, at about 53,000 miles, then I did a full brake fluid change.

I’d bought pads and rotors for the fronts, too, but after pulling the wheels they looked great. (I’d originally done the fronts in the low 30’s due to warping/pulsing.)

I’m kind of bummed at how little action there is now on the 15-20 threads. So to help us last gen people along, I didn’t do much, just a screen protector in my 8” MyLink

Is there anything interesting on the leased-financed-warrantied 21+ except for the window tint and wheels/tires/level?
