I ordered the shallowest PML cover for it (hasn't shown up), but the spoon bar is very close to the stock cover, not sure the pml is going to fit.
So stock flat bar or maybe the qa1 bar, but would like to keep the adjustment

Hey check it out. I’m featured on their page for the diff and trans pan. They listed me as a 08 tahoe with a 4.3 though

Well decided to complete a couple more things on the truck today:

- wiped down
- cleaned the interior
- changed the oil
- finally changed the diff fluid

I really wanted to change the diff fluid right after pulling the trailer from SC to Vegas but never got around to it.

Finally completed the Transmission flush/filter/gasket job on the 07 Yukon XL Denali. At 102k miles I had no idea when it was last serviced and it was shifting a little hard and going from Park to Reverse/Drive was not soft at all. Fluid was still red-ish in color but quite dark.

I used 13qts of Valvoline Maxlife ATF with the ATP filter and gasket set. The filter and gasket were top notch in my opinion. Fit absolutely perfect although the filter seal must be pressed in using a large socket and light tapping. This my first time attempting this and I can understand everyone's frustration with the exhaust and pan removal. Once I got into it and figured out what was snagging it was just patience and trial and error.

Verdict: Sooo much better! Shifts like it is brand new. Dropping from Park to Reverse is now as it should be. If you are reluctant to do this job, don't be. With the right tools, almost anyone can tackle this.
