One or both of the cigar lighters can be converted with GM parts to a USB port which plugs into the back of the 2010+ radios.

Is there more than one USB port on the back of the radio, or do they share/split the same port?

Just one Usb port in the back of the radio.

you have two options:

you can change the bezel lighter to USB
or bezel charger to USB

Ohh so you have to take out the radio and add a wire for the usb. Not just swap out the ligher part for the usb one.

What about the lighter port on the rear radio. Same deal?

Yes for USB you need to change your cable don't miss with OEM one just unplug it from radio.

for the lighter cable it's not attach in radio its comes from wire harness : you can leave the lighter or change it to charger one with same wire come from lighter.

Good luck
