Where did you get your new seals from? What was the damage for them?

EDIT: Never mind I saw the posts and my answers were there. Nice pics of your work Doubeleive thanks.
what they did get me for was the plug wires $101.19, (list shows $144.55) I wasn't paying attention after getting the prices for the seals and just paid and split I didn't realize till later, I had seen them online for $56.00 but o'well to late now

the only place I have been scared to speed at is around DC/Virginia area, cant tell what is a cop or CIA or security, tons of unmarked-scary tons
radar detectors are illegal there I would have to do the hidden display, lol
integrate it to the cluster and use the factory chimes .. you can cut out a space and use the green tint to make it "factory looking" ..

ya that would be cool, valentine one has some options to hide it in the grill and then have the display wherever you want it, in that case you would want (2) one for the front and one for the rear, years ago they even made some that were built into the drivers side mirror but not very hidden that way and it was only for a lambo or something like that

or get one that will illuminate the blind spot led on the newer mirror (if you don't have that opt) that would be a custom mod

it would appear factory none the wiser about it

you could probably do that but the whole point of a valentine one is it tells you where the radar is, in front/back/side otherwise your chicken necking it looking around to see where the cop is.
as long as the display is not visible from the outside your unlikely to get caught with it.

That’s weird. Mine look like his. Wonder what’s going on with yours. Is the dimmer turned down?

No dimmer not turned down. It fluctuates. It ill be bright sometimes and other times you can barely see it. The radio display acts in sync and accordingly. I am trying to blame it on when the alternator output gets cut by the computer. But it's still over 12 volts. That shit should be bright regardless. One of the quirks of this truck I would love to get fixed. Sitting there in bright sunlight in traffic trying to adjust ac controls and you can't see a ***** thing.
