The plugs are the rivets that hold the seal in place? Pop em out so they are sitting flush?
Open your back door, get on your knees and look under the lower door edge, you'll see a plastic plug type thing that's just pushed up into place. Just pull it out--that's the plug that'll let all the water that's trapped in there, out. It just pulls out. Should be a rubber plug.

The drain plugs are under the plastic/rubber flap along the bottom and are oval. Remove them from all the doors and put them in a zip lock and place in a drawer in the garage.

The rear corners of the door seam weld should have a drain hole, but they're small and easily get clogged. You can take a zip tie, unfolded paper clip, or toothpick and unclog those too, but with plugs removed you'll be good.

Must be a woman thing... my wife does the whole hand wrapping thing too, drives me nuts... lol

I take a measured amount and fold it neatly in half and then in half again before using it... very neat and orderly and symmetrical.
No need to fold and/or fold again if you use good paper. I only do that when somewhere that has thin cheap 1ply paper. At home we use Charmin Ultra strong Mega rolls

Yuck... I can't stand Charmin... feel like I'm wiping with felt... very linty, is that a word... I don't think so but I just used it.
