So i need new front struts. What way to go, should i get oe struts and drop springs orrrr get the adjustable struts and leave the oe springs? Idk if they’ve ever been changed and i have 128k miles. Im also trying to do this the most cost savings way too haha

Springs change the ride quality the most. If you like the way it feels now, go with the lowering struts unless you find drop springs that are known to ride good.

I have the Belltech adjustable struts and I think they ride great- very stock-like. I want more drop so they may be coming out soon. How much are you looking to lower your front?

thats what i was thinking but wanted more experienced opinions.

1-1.5” just to have a little rake to make up for the way tahoes have that rearward slope

Adjustable struts would be perfect for this. I'd have to find the info in my build thread, but I believe I got right about 1.75" of drop out of the BT struts set for their maximum drop. I don't know why I didn't get the full advertised 2", but whatever. The spindles did the same- about 1.75". I want about .75" more drop and am looking at trying the relocators on stock struts. I'd offer you my BT struts, but I'm sure you'll be doing yours much sooner than I'll be doing mine.
