Slight hum, but surprisingly not loud at all...they passed the wife test if that says anything.

Nice, I put them on trucks all the time at work but never heard how people liked them. Buddy is gonna get a set for his 98 K1500

Replaced the sway bar end links and finally removed the stupid mud flaps :hands: Now I need to get a new rear bumper cover (mud flaps damaged my current one).

 I would but after the wife's flat tire last summer at the library I'm afraid running without a spare is not a possibility. I'm pretty confident that she WILL get another flat in the future :nono:

2 day project, just finished. Adam wasn't kidding when he said new paint doesn't look this good! Amazing shine and depth! All swirls, oxidation, and minor scratches are gone. I hoped, but did not expect, to get a little more results on the deeper scratches and pinstripe scar. I used the focus pad but was scared to be too aggressive so I used my little 12 volt. The only 2-step paint correcting process that might be better is this:
1. Find a good body shop
2. Get out your credit card

Very pleased with the results. Griots sealant was easy on easy off, not sure about protection yet since its only been a couple hours but coverage seemed even. The Griots Best in Show wax sucks! It gave pop and all but was a ***** to get off. You have to take it off instantly, which is what I did, and still you almost need a chisel. I had been using Meguiars sealant and wax but Advance had this stuff so I figured I'd give it a shot. Time to order some Adam's LPS and Buttery Wax! Check out the results...

I guess you will have to settle for a normal escalade/denali rear bumper cover then :boti:
