Yessir. That first crash caved the passenger side all the way in to the middle of the car. If that was my side I would have been dead. And the roof was caved in too, there was just enough room for me to be scrunched up and I don’t even remember climbing out but it must have been through where the back glass used to be. I got to the top of the bank and my head was bleeding, that was my only injury. I was surprised the popo was there to meet me. My first DUI at 17.
Never got a DUI but I was lucky. Totaled an early Supra and my 71 C-10. The C-10 went into a tree at 60 with only a lap belt on while holding the clutch to the floor and standing on the brakes. Left knee can predict the weather now. I was a much better driver sober....

Now you are bringing up memories, doing 360's on I5, getting pushed sideways in front of a semi for a mile, I guess we are both lucky to still be here..
my sister still wont ride with me since I scared her to death way way back in the 80's racing on the freeway. haha
Oh yeah, I had a Dodge Dakota 5.9 R/T that was terrible on wet roads since it had a solid diff and too much power. I was on my way to work one morning and the freeway was wet. On the I-205 bridge across the Columbia River between Portland and Vancouver WA it’s 5 lanes. I switched lanes from the far left to pass a “slow” driver and it broke loose so I did about 4 360’s across 4 of the 5 lanes. Nobody hit me, and I ended up against the right hand concrete guardrail pointed in the wrong direction. Shit.
