I guess you may be right. With that being said, anyone who puts a decal on their back window with a baseball, softball, volleyball, etc. and the kids first name and their jersey number along with what school they attend, could be putting their family at risk because now I know what school the kid goes to. From there, I can figure out their last name by looking at a team roster which will let me start to track them on social media and find out where they will be and when, and either use that information to abduct your child or find out when the family isn't going to be home and break into their house. I'm not saying this is you, but I find it funny how people get hung up on one aspect of possible identity theft or security, but then not think twice about other aspects like when they post pictures while they are out of town at a sporting event or on vacation or whatever and not think twice about it. My cousin posted something about 10 years ago about how she was feeling down so she was going to go on walk along a secluded lake by herself while enjoying a bottle of wine as a way to relax. My mom called her and told her she just told people with bad intentions that she was going to be alone, in a secluded area and possibly intoxicated. She hadn't even thought about it that way.

Where do you stop?
Yeah, it's a shame that there are people whose sole purpose in life is to find ways to make other people miserable. I had friends have their home broken into when they posted pictures of themselves on vacation on FB. Someone knew they wouldn't be home. Why not take all that effort into planning the break-in...and just go get a damn job? I constantly hate that I'm asked to think like a deviant when testing systems...as it's a place in my headspace that I dislike, for sure. I just see the first-hand damage of the pathetic wastes of flesh that do these types of things whenever I attend a conference or tradeshow. Data skimmers that read your cell from yards away now. Don't even need to be right next to it. Card skimmers pulling your Visa info from feet away. Guys that pull fingerprints using nothing but scotch tape and a $25 dollar piece of Chinese equipment. Makes me a bit more careful than maybe I need to be, I guess.

Oh, and not a 'Sticker on the car' kinda guy. I'm the kinda guy that would carefully remove the V off a CTS-V wagon if I could afford one...just 'cause I like the clean look.

In a nutshell, the difference between us and them is we know the difference between right and wrong. we are good people (most of us here...without mentioning names) and even though we can think like them, we know it’s wrong.

A little bit of conscience, common courtesy, and common sense goes a long way in my book.

Speaking of terminal velocity, how well do you guys think off the shelf rear driveshafts would sell? 2wd, 4wd, 4l60, 6l80. Im going to have one made the next time I take a week off work. Mine is going to be stout stout, but they have very budget friendly options that would fit the need for the other 99%

Edit: not to boast or believe "I am the 1%", I mean for someone who needs a slight upgrade but isn't out beating on it every weekend or worried about going 100mph+.

As much as I'd like to tell myself that a stock one is fine and I won't be beating on it every weekend and I'm not gonna go 100mph+... That all is a lot of what I do in it. There are a few good driveline shops local to me but I've never priced a driveshaft. Your place would have to be a really good deal to make it worth it even with shipping. Any idea what we're looking at as far as components (what shaft size and material, what joints, etc.) and price?

If you don’t care about weight DOM is cheap and 1000ftlb strong. Down side is it’s god awful heavy. New in NY are 350 with same day turn around if it’s ordered very early. Otherwise if you care about weight you’re going to start at like 800 and up depending on diameter, length, and material used. Mark Williams makes shafts in all sorts of materials and bondings but are not cheap.

Put a radio in today but need to take it out again. Forgot the mic. Atleast everything works. RSE, SWC, and reverse camera.

Is there a way to get the guidelines to actually turn or no?
