Yes

At least try it for a tank. It'll clean the combustion chambers.

Then continue using depending on price and how much cheaper it is compared to 91+ octane

Not sure what E85 is going for other places, but around me it has been about the same as 89 octane with 15% ethanol.

Around here it's about the same price or a bit cheaper than regular 87 octane. When I filled up 2 days ago it was $1.79

EDIT: I filled up on Monday, 9/28 @1.79

Iirc, no check engine light allowed in Pa--same in NJ.

Is the Service Stability System light the same as the CEL? If they're different, why wouldn't it pass inspection?

You will want to run more than one tank. The first tank will result in a huge drop in MPG. The following tanks will improve some. On the highway I feel it gets acceptable mileage but in the city my 5.3 guzzles it.

Agree. I didn’t give it a fair shake when I tried it the first tank. I was convinced to give a bit more time to the corn gas, and now that’s all I run. [emoji106][emoji631]

It's all I run all the time in my 6.2, and since I do mainly short city drives to work, the fuel mileage is pretty much the same as running premium.

And E85 makes it peppier
