First start this morning I got some valve clatter for a good 15 seconds or so. Gauge was indicating normal ~30 or thereabouts. It’s never done that before.

Second start this afternoon all quiet.

Changed oil and filter a few hundred miles ago. It’s been cold started plenty of times since.

Plus if you go through a drive thru, pop the cup holder out and throw it in the console and the drive thru drink carrier usually fits great in the tray

I've only done it once, and I removed the core from the Schrader valve on the fuel rail, slipped a piece of hose over the nipple, put the other end of the hose in a small cup and turned the key on for about half a second. It didn't pump much fuel at all into the cup, but was more than enough for the sample in the vial.

Were those the OE plugs and how does it run?

Original, some carbon on them but otherwise they looked good for the miles on them, broke free with a little bit of effort and, performance wise, no issues, even up to that point. Only mechanical issues I have run into have generally been due to salt that eats away at things, ie fuel pump lines atop the pump, trans cooler lines and rear a/c lines. Everything else has been standard maintenance items.

It’s like a j-hook I believe. I just slide them to the side and out.

Also pulled a fuel sample from the fuel rail. The test vial says just under 70% ethanol and my virtual sensor calculated 65%

I got rust, yay. This is the rear drivers, passenger rear isn't quite as bad.
Wasn't planning on replacing rockers in such a new vehicle. Oh well, this should be fun
