Changed oil today.

When i got the truck in September i put Fram TG10060 filter on it and Penzoil 5w-30.
Had an oil pressure on lower side ( 40 startup cold, fully warm 18 at idle and 22-25 while cruising at 1100rpm on highway ), but according to other posts that seemed in okayish range for these trucks.
I though my pickup tube is bad and was going to replace it in the summer.

This time decided to go with ACDelco PF48 and Mobil 1 5w-30 High Mileage.
As soon as the oil was changed my cold startup pressure shot up to 55 and now cruising pressure at fully warmth is 40.
The idle on warmth is now 25.

Crazy! Did i have a bad fram filter?
Seems likely. I run the Wix 57045 now, and always get normal oil pressure.

I think that is more less a confirmation that you are on the correct wheel
Also seemed like it beeped once or ok or twice for not ok. And the d/s front light that beeped twice stayed lit. Like I should have went back to it. So I did a second round. One beep on each corner with the lights following me around. Good stuff.

took the tahoe to Ocean City, MD this weekend - was cold AF, but the tahoe was a beautiful drive all the way up there, was easy driving up and down.

some of the "oh its a cop" looks were a bit obnoxious, but the tahoe was super great. Had this $$$ bmw low sportscar pull in front of me and nearly got itself clipped with the push bars.

I still have a little more interior noise than i would like/expected - I'm wondering if i need to do some door seals.

the amazon stuff (and i'll get some pics soon =p) seems to have made quite a difference - but i don't have any other dampening stuff to compare to.
