go figure after taking it to the dealer to get the coolant flushed a week or so ago it has developed a pin hole leak.
kept smelling coolant and I kept washing it out thinking it was left over coolant from the flush, then it was fine for a couple days then now it's back and no way it's left over from the flush
o'well at least the radiator has a lifetime warranty, they are going to deliver a new one to me this morning
already grabbed some coolant so sometime between 9-11 they will bring me the new one and take the old one away
I might take this opportunity and replace the upper and lower hoses even though they look fine.
@gooffeyguy or someone made there own baffles, wondering if anyone has those measurements for the cut outs, mine have been missing I think since i have owned it.
Sounds like you need to stay away from that dealer.

lol, the thought came to mind.
took the radiator out and discovered the left 700w motor has burnt the connector same thing the right side did a year or so ago
so Yukon down for a couple days, going to order a new motor and connector, dealer has the hoses in stock same price as auto parts store so may as well go oem
the baffles are around $120 on amazon, might just go ahead and make my own.
*** scratch that just ordered the motor, harness and hose's from rockauto, say's it will be here tomorrow

Why did that happen?
Probably the motor drawing too much power, other side did the same thing a while back and I already replaced it, this motor is about 5 years old roughly, when I replaced the other motor this one was fine. There is a defect/recall for some models/years because of this but it was only certain vin numbers, I put these in from a 2008-2009 hummer H2 right after I bought it in 2017

@Doubeleive probably came loose. My left one won’t stay snapped together. I’ve done some ethnic engineering with zip ties to ensure it stays together.
No it was on there pretty good, these 700w motors just draw lots of power and it doesn't help that it's hot here and I push it to the limits, I also have the fans come on -10deg below stock settings with the bb tune so I give them a good workout for sure.

Could also be from heat or poor ground, the recall fix was to the replace the connector harness and that's what I did to the other side when I replaced it and it is fine at least for now. You see this type of thing with the drl harness connectors also and the blower motors
