You can pick up Mequiars at most any auto store or Walmart or Target, etc. You can apply the Ultimate Compound by hand and get good results. Just apply it one manageable section at a time and rub it in with even, circular strokes and moderate pressure, then wipe it away before it dries completely.

Follow this with any detail spray and then, of course, your favorite sealant and/or wax. I like Collinite 845 for fastest, easiest, longest-lasting shine.

You'll love the results. Guaranteed.

In the process of covering up the chrome molding, having some black wrap on the front grill and the rear bumper.

Still having trouble getting this residue off. Its like its oxidized, i dunno. Its just really tough and won't come off with any amount of goo gone or goof off.

Would a claybar take this off?

I had that too, it looks like scratches from the edge of the molding. As mentioned above some polish compound should help.

I went to replace lower ball joints. Broke a bolt for sway bar bushing, sway bar end links bolts frozen in the sleeves, took forever to break the pass side ball joint, before I knew it shop was closing up. Soaked everything with *********. Gonna retackle this weekend
