Shit breaks when I work on it. So I habe to ne careful. The GG is holding for now, so we'll see if it messes up. Chevy gave me the printed repair instructions and it seems straight forward enough.

Found a nice replacement solution for the oem metal lines. Flexible rear ac lines to replace the crappy steel lines that rot after a few years. Good news is that you don't have to remove
The old lines. I just ran them along the side of the old ones and zip tied them up.
The bad news is the old lines into the rear Evaperator and expansion valve fused together. When I tried to separate , it snapped the lines off from the Evaperator. Now I need to order and replace the expansion and evap core.

Ordered a bunch of suspension parts, zw7 shocks and struts , spark plugs, and intake manifold w/ accompanying gaskets.

Next month, it all will be installed for the trip to TN on October. I still need to order the cat y pipe since mine are bad and different exhaust tips. Im thinking dual tips for each side. Black maybe.

Battery shit the bed on my wife tonight in a gas station parking lot. I had just got home from work and got the call. Drove over and tried to jump it with the Pilot. Wasn't happening. Drove to AutoZone and bought a battery. Then had to go home and get tools before heading back to the gas station. Swapped battery in the parking lot and life is good again.
Not the coolest thing to have to deal with the second I get home from a 12 hour day and I'm one sip of beer deep, lol.
Oh well at least we won't have to worry about battery woes for a few years now.

Some parts arrived. Ordered the wrong front struts (zw7 nbs looks like) so I still need to find the zw7 front struts.

Intake manifold (in box) with gaskets also arrived since I broke the pcv valve.

Changed brake pads and had rotors turned at the Sprocket care center on Ft. Hood. Only $8 per rotor! Pretty good deal. I paid $100 for front and rear pads, installed myself. Add $60 for rotor turning and bay time. $160 total versus $189 per axle at the dealership and Firestone. Im happy!

Nice job!
Let me ask you a question: did you arbitrarily have rotors turned, or was there something obviously wrong with them?
