Thanks. [emoji106]Stock redcat Rampage Xte, so the 980kv brushless, 150a brushless esc and two aftermarket 5700mah 3s 40c lipo. It's 1/5 scale. I have a Rampage MT with the 32cc 2 cycle motor but the steering servos were not working.
If the specs of your savage match or come close to the XTe or a Traxxas Xmaxx, I don't see why not. I would watch motor temps.

Edit: Google's the hpi savage 25, and my biggest concern would be burning the clutch out since it is nitro. And the low weight with it being 1/8 scale. My kid weighs 33 lb. It may pull your kid fine. I don't do much with nitro bc of the cost of fuel, so I went 2 cycle.

Looks like passenger side link!!Well i got to drive the Tahoe to work today. (this only happens like once every couple months). Well, after getting home i proceeded to do the following:
Change the oil
Grease the front end
Rotate the tires
Clean the wheel wells
and take a pic of the inclines from Tony to see if it is installed correctly.
So this is a pic of the riverside rear sway bar end link looking from the rear to the front. The grease zeros are on the inside. been like this since i got them but it always seemed wrong. am i right thinking this. It is the same as the pass-side if turned around.
