Yesterday. But whatev.

Got my 2yr a full size bed. Next to make a frame and sides. Thinking maybe a classic 911 style with led headlights and have a hood for storage. I can see it in my head.

Drove the Tahoe and it threw the AC belt. So, this in addition to the sort of whirring noise the compressor has been making for the past week, or so. Decided to replace both belts while I was in there.

After replacing them, I drove around for a bit and when I got back it looks like the AC belt is yet again about to come off. Like the pulleys aren't aligned, or something. Or maybe the new tensioner was a dud from the start and doesn't put enough tension. Dunno...

AC compressor pulley is not making any noise when turning it by hand. Clutch makes slight noise, so I guess that's where the whirring is coming from.

Getting a bit pissed off at this thing soon. Nothing but issues pretty much all this year... Guess it's that time in its life where things start to break one after another. Uggghhhh....

Heads were off for work before LSA blower install. Thursday I was able to get both heads on with the +.060" Cometic gaskets and ARP bolts torqued, also received my new pushrods so I also got the new lifters and rockers in. We were even able to get the LSA installed but I didn't have time to take pics. Getting back at it at 8am on Friday, check my build thread for updates... Few teaser pics below, blower pics tomorrow. Headers and Y pipes already back on as well.

Suburban is down again as I keep getting a misfire to the point of almost stalling. Weird part is I have no check engine codes and seems to only happen at or near idle. I'm going to pull the plugs and check them over as well as replace the wires that I just purchased just incase there was a manufactures flaw somewhere.

Hope to figure it out soon, if not then it's going in for a new CTS-V Wagon.. LOL
