Traded it in. Trying to buy my first house in a few months so needed a smaller payment. Listed my aftermarket stuff in the classifieds :(

Sorry to see it go. Got some good stuff you are getting rid of. GLWS and buying that new house.

Maybe y'all can help me. I have to replace the shocks on my wife's 2008 tahoe with the zw7 premium suspension. Are y'all going back oem or have you found a pretty good shock to replace oem?

If you dont use the zw7 shocks, you will need to change to regular springs. The zw7 springs will sag with any other non zw7 shocks.

Got the new deactivation manifold and solenoids installed and she's running like new all over again. Glad I finally traced down the problem and it's been resolved :)

So I need to use the oem shocks ?

Yes. Unless yoy plan to swapping to non- zw7 equipped springs when you upgrade shocks. The zw7 rear suspenion is "self leveling" so the springs are softer than the regular springs.

Been chasing P0455, P0449 and P0496 codes for a couple of weeks now on my wife's Tahoe. Also had difficulties in filling gas and a lot of pressure in gas tank.

First got a new gas cap, and got rid of P0455. On Sunday I put in a new EVAP vent valve and the harness and got rid of P0449. Was hoping to also get rid of P0496, but no, so today I changed the purge valve and hopefully finally getting rid of the last code.

Hope that's it for now so I can get it inspected in March. The only thing a bit worrying is that the white plastic clip the vent line connects to the purge valve was missing completely. The line seems to be holding in place, but I guess I need to macgyver something to hold it. Pretty sure you can't find those clips anywhere...
