Cleaned the Maf sensor and the throttle body because it's been feeling a bit less responsive. Looked inside the intake manifold to see how much oil i had pooling but i couldn't cause of how it was designed. Never seen that. I remember on my ls1 i could see most of it. 20191108_095152.jpg

How much would things change if the hole was bigger? Looks restrictive

It's there for a reason. It's been years since I read up on it, but IIRC, it's there to balance the air flow and volume because, at higher RPM/wider throttle, the air rushing in slams into the back of the manifold and builds up to create a high pressure area and those back two cylinders get a slightly stronger air charge.
