What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Damn! Those are gonna look nice! I Google imaged 24" TBSS reps and couldn't find any pics of these on a GMT900. Make sure you post pics when you get them on. I can't wait to see how they'll look.

Side note, I'm gonna bring my Burb down some more. I've already got a McGaughy 2/3 spindle/spring kit on it now, but I'd like the front down about another 1.5-2" and the rear the same. So I ordered McGaughy's coil relocators for the front and Belltech 5305's for the rear. I also ordered an adjustable Spohn panhard bar from Tony. I need to order trailing arm relocators (drop brackets), but he only sells the complete rear hardware kit which comes with shock extenders, trailing arm relocators, and DJM end links. I already have the shock extenders and the DJM links, so I'll just order the trailing arm drop brackets directly from DJM. They'll sell them as a pair without having to buy the other stuff.

I'm gonna play with the spring relocators and associated spacers to get both front sides to sit lower, but also even. I'll do the same to the rear by cutting off and shaving flat some of the dead coils on the Belltech springs. Tony and a few others have mentioned that you can do this to the 5305's without sacrificing ride quality because they've got so many dead coils and they're progressive rate springs. I can't stand the truck not sitting level from side to side! In the end, I should end up with something like a 3-3.5/5 drop.

The Belltech rear kit will also come with shock extenders and 1" rear spacers, which I won't need. If anyone needs a set cheap just PM me.

Decided to show some love for my 07 Avy. She's been treating me right and it's been a while since I've done anything.

Had some cf wrap left over from another project so I thought it's time to get rid of the wood look. Wrapped the wood trim in CF

And also decided to finally replace my worn out drivers seat cushion. After 178k miles and my fat ass, it was a goner. Picked up a new lower cushion and replaced it. What a difference in the feel. It was definitely worth the money to swap it out. Takes less then an hour to do as well

New one installed. Notice how the side bolsters are much more pronounced and firm.

Just need to fix this now. Just goes to show you how bad the original cushion got. The side was completely squashed and the leather started to crack.

Nice job on the wrap. Looks good. Where'd you pick up the new lower cushion and if you don't mind me asking, how much did it run?

Picked it up at GMPartsgiant.com and received it within 2 days. There were a few on Amazon and EBay when I was looking but I had a credit at gmpartsgiant.com that I wanted to use. The local dealership wants $167 and GMpartsgiant.com was $116.

There are two part numbers and I'm not sure what the difference is. It might be for the ac seats. Mine is an 07 LTZ and is heated only so it's part number 15243904

Simran, glad your keeping it and doing more to it! Always loved your tahoe. Definitely keep us updated on both!

Thanks. I played around with the idea of selling it a few times but glad I decided to keep it. It will be nice to be able to have it sitting in the garage and i don't have to rush to finish it. I'm going to take my time and make sure it all comes out right.

Thanks for the part number. I might order one of these, as mine is starting to flatten out on the left side from the lazy previous owner sliding out of the truck instead of stepping out. My wife does this on the passenger side. Irritates me. Lol

No problem. That is exactly what happened to mine, prior owner sliding out and I was guilty of that in the beginning to. Use the damn step!
