Got them at an auction. Military rescue baskets of Stokes variety. No documentation, just the olive drab straps and a serial number plate with no manufacturer.

My driver's side seat belt (the female side) failed a few days ago, new part arrived today, fixing it when I get time in the next couple days

got this done this morning before heading to work. We shall see how the new one performs. Never heard of this issue before so not sure exactly why the original failed to begin with but onward we go I created a mediocre write up in the tech section for anyone else who may experience it in the future.
