Looks like a great deal, as for the moldy smell, get something like this Ozone Generator:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JAP7388/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have this one, and it's great for odors, for a car/truck run turn the truck to ACC and turn the fan on max.
then turn your Ozone Generator for 30-45minutes, let the truck air out for a while before getting back in. You should notice smells are gone.
It does work. One of my customers uses it for cigarette odors. Works great.

Yup, I've used it for spilled milk smells, dog odors, our crawlspace, through the whole house HVAC(Turned it on before leaving for an hour or so in front of the air intake) Don't do this with animals in the house...not good for you until after it dissipates

Any link or pt #'s on the NNBS upgrade ??

Dave
If it has 18 year old calipers you likely need new ones anyways. On my '05 (likely with the original calipers) they were fine until I installed new pads and pushing the piston back in got them to a point that they bound up. Not sure if there was sediment in them or what the culprit was but I had planned to do the NBS (GMT900) brake upgrade anyways so I just sucked it up and bought all new calipers and pads all around. I put new rotors on the front but my rear rotors were good.

I detailed part number in Post #9 in this recent discussion about "best brake upgrades" but it might be beneficial for you to read the whole thread. We sort of went through a discussion that helped us to self-discover some things about the brakes on these monsters (hint: there were 3 different potention brake setups on the 05-06 trucks and the NBS style is one of them.) https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/best-brake-upgrades.108956/
